Emmett Reed has devoted his career to leading statewide associations to become the best they can be through leadership, advocacy and member relations.
Emmett serves as CEO of the Florida Health Care Association, a federation of 1,000 members and 500 long term care facilities, where he has spearheaded award-winning campaigns ensconced around the mission of advancing the state’s long term care industry. His association management career also includes a ten-year with the Florida Home Builders Association where he was named New Executive of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders.
He is often called upon by member-based organizations seeking council on membership recruitment and retention, organizational culture, strategic planning and more.
He is a graduate of the Florida State University and a Certified Association Executive.
